The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings. The HVAC service technician will be responsible for ensuring that all service and repair meet industry standards and customer expectations. Responsibilities Service and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to schematics and design specifications. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter. Collaborate with other team members to complete installation projects efficiently and effectively. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their HVAC systems. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment repairs and maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all installation processes. Skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics related to HVAC systems. Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, including service and repair techniques. Experience with equipment repair and property maintenance tasks. Ability to operate a van for transportation to job sites as needed. Familiarity with appliance repair is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills in field service environments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
