- Lead commercial HVAC installations on construction, tenant improvement, retrofit, and replacement projects
- Install rooftop units, split systems, ductwork, piping, and related equipment
- Detail ductwork and submit material requests
- Read and interpret mechanical plans and specifications
- Coordinate daily work with Project Managers, Foremen, and other trades
- Mentor and assist less experienced installers
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite
- Deliver quality workmanship while keeping projects on schedule What We're Looking For
- 4-5 years of commercial HVAC installation experience
- Experience leading crews or serving as the lead installer on commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC installation practices
- Ability to read mechanical plans and drawings
- Positive attitude and strong leadership skills
- Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record Why Retrofit?
