O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable local HVAC company to find their next Install Helper. This a temporary position and is based in Redding, CA. The ideal candidate will have previous construction or HVAC experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the HVAC industry while gaining hands-on installation experience.

HVAC Install Helper Compensation:

$20 - $25 per hour

DOE TEMPORARY

- about 2 weeks 7:30AM to 4:00

PM HVAC Install Helper Qualifications:

Previous construction or HVAC experience required Ability to safely use hand and power tools Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

HVAC Install Helper Responsibilities:
