Description Seeking a highly skilled and motivated lead HVAC technician to spearhead our installations and help build our technician team!
- Our company exclusively installs heat pump systems
- both centrally ducted splits and ductless mini-splits. At scale, our company will be installing millions of heat pumps per year, and this role will lay the framework enabling this dramatic growth. We offer a dynamic work environment, competitive compensation, and significant growth opportunities.

- $50 per hour, depending on experience! No commission expectations
