We involve team members in company decision-making and direction. The residential HVAC service technician is responsible for performing skilled work in the operation, maintenance, and repairs of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The technician provides exceptional customer service, technical, and system improvements, and modifications to the customer by providing options and solutions.
Requirements:
EPA Universal Certified Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Excellent communication skills Legible handwriting Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
Required experience:
Previous 3 years of residential HVAC or trade school experience
A MUST Hours:
Monday-Friday 7:00 am-5:00 pm Tuesday-Saturday 7:00 am-5:00 pm Working conditions: Various weather conditions May require outside normal working hours including evenings, weekends, and Holidays On-call rotation (compensated)
