Job requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience HVAC technical school certification preferred EPA 608 Certification preferred, with training available if needed Valid driver's license ServiceTitan experience Working knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems Experience with HVAC equipment installation, system replacements, retrofit projects, and system startups Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, installation instructions, and equipment specifications Familiarity with HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment Strong HVAC troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Effective customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to lift and maneuver 50+ pounds Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work in confined spaces as required by HVAC installation duties Ability to travel throughout the service territory Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced HVAC environment Willingness to participate in ongoing technical, sales, and professional development training BAEHR Heating & Air is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
