This role requires strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation and retrofit procedures, allowing the technician to accurately identify and resolve issues related to workmanship, parts, or system performance under warranty. The technician collaborates closely with installation teams and service departments to verify quality, perform necessary adjustments or repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining detailed records of all warranty-related work. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others.
