Were looking for a Lead Technician who is a master of the craft, a diagnostic wizard, and a professional who takes pride in saving the day for our neighbors. 3+ years of "in-the-dirt" residential service experience. You know furnaces, ACs, and heat pumps like the back of your hand.

What Youll Do Elite Diagnostics:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential systems to the highest industry standards.
Customer Advocacy:
Provide homeowners with clear options and professional recommendations to improve their comfort and air quality. Lead by

Document your work and photos in ServiceTitan to ensure a seamless customer history.
Requirements Experience :
3+ years in residential HVAC service.
Certifications :
EPA Universal is a must; NATE is a major plus.
Clean Record :
Valid CA drivers license and a clean driving history.
Flexibility :
Ready for a fair on-call rotation to keep Ventura County comfortable.
Grit :
