Full-time Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Installer to join our team. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, blueprints, and technical specifications, as well as the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Install new HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, and ventilation. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine project specifications. Connect HVAC systems to fuel and water supply lines, air ducts, and other components. Ensure all HVAC installations are compliant with local, state, and federal codes. Test HVAC systems for functionality and performance using specialized tools and instruments. Perform system checks and troubleshoot issues to ensure proper system operation. Collaborate with other construction professionals (e.g., electricians, plumbers) on large-scale installations. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients about system operations and maintenance. Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or in a similar role. Valid HVAC technician certification (EPA 608 preferred). Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving and mechanical skills. Physical stamina and the ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Work Environment:

On-site work in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Occasional overtime, weekend, or emergency hours may be required. Exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and other job-site conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:
