Company Overview We're a leading commercial HVAC company serving businesses from Los Angeles to Oxnard with expert heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration services. Job Summary Perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations on commercial HVAC/R systems including WSHPs, package units, split ACs, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, VRF/VRV (Mitsubishi, Daikin, Carrier, LG), and building controls. Ensure optimal system performance, safety, and compliance with local codes for commercial properties. Key Responsibilities Start-up, troubleshoot, repair, and service commercial HVAC/R equipment with superior diagnostic skills. Replace/install components like compressors, motors, fans, coils, circuit boards; handle full system replacements and unit start-ups safely. Conduct maintenance, test efficiency, recommend upgrades, maintain clean work areas, and manage service logs/parts. Communicate with clients, provide estimates, ensure EPA compliance, and handle overtime/on-call duties. Safely lift 50+ lbs, use tools/ladders, and work in diverse commercial environments including evenings/weekends. Required Qualifications Proficiency in broad HVAC/R equipment: WSHPs, Package Units, Split AC Systems, Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Building Controls, VRF/VRV (Mitsubishi, Daikin, Carrier, LG). Superior troubleshooting/repair skills; maintain safety standards, clean work areas, and proper tool handling. Valid driver's license, clean record, legal US work authorization, pass drug/background check. Willingness for heavy workloads, overtime, on-call; able to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. Required Experience/Education/Certification 3+ years as Commercial HVAC Service Technician. Universal EPA Certification (required). Driver's License (required). HVAC School Graduate or equivalent field experience. High School/college diploma (preferred).

$30-$55/hour based on experience, plus bonuses/commissions.
