As a Lead Installer, you will be trusted to complete residential and light commercial installations correctly, keep the job moving, and make sure the final product reflects quality and professionalism. What You'll Do as an HVAC Installer (Experienced) Complete residential and light commercial HVAC installs Lead install jobs with professionalism and urgency Start up systems and troubleshoot basic post-install issues Maintain strong workmanship, cleanliness, and jobsite standards Help prevent avoidable service calls by getting the install right the first time Represent the company well with customers and on the jobsite Compensation $30+/hour , based on experience, skill level, and the value you bring. What We're Looking For Required:
