In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of HVAC and appliance systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Your expertise will help create comfortable, safe environments for our clients while supporting operational excellence through proactive service and technical leadership. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge in a fast-paced, collaborative setting that values innovation and precision. Duties Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, refrigeration units, appliances, and mechanical systems across various facilities. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs. Conduct routine maintenance procedures to prevent system failures and extend equipment lifespan. Repair or replace mechanical components such as compressors, fans, motors, valves, and control systems to ensure efficient operation. Assist with appliance installation projects, ensuring proper setup according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Utilize your knowledge of HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems to optimize system performance and energy efficiency. Collaborate with construction teams during new installations or upgrades to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems. Lead or support team efforts in maintaining MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) supplies inventory for smooth daily operations. Experience Proven service technician experience working with HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, or mechanical systems repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately. Hands-on appliance repair and installation experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with construction processes related to HVAC system integration is a plus. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide junior team members or coordinate tasks effectively. Previous experience working with equipment repair in maintenance environments is preferred. Knowledge of air conditioning systems and mechanical systems repair techniques is essential for success in this role.
