Job Description

HVAC Installation Lead - Heat Pumps Description Independent Power is an established solar, HVAC and electrical company based in Boulder, CO, since 1996. We are seeking an HVAC Installation Lead with specific experience installing Heat Pumps systems. The HVAC Installation Lead will be responsible for leading the installation of ducted and ductless residential heat pump systems. You will work closely with our HVAC Manager and installer apprentices. We seek out teachability, a strong work-ethic, and a commitment to delivering a top-tier customer experience. All team-members participate in a company profit-sharing plan to ensure that hard-work and success are recognized and compensated. Compensation Hourly at $30-$40 per hr Job Requirements 2+ Years designing and installing residential heat pump systems EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal Certification Valid CO Driver's License and clean driving record Strong organizational and time management abilities Strong problem-solving skills Strong customer interface Process-oriented Preferred requirements NATE certification Solar and/or battery experience
