Responsibilities Installation and replacement in existing homes of products such as furnaces, central air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related accessories. Enhance the customer experience through clear, honest communication and service recommendations focused on their needs. Boiler and water heater experience a plus. Qualifications 5+ years minimum residential installation experience Apprentice applicants must have relevant trades experience Boiler and water heater experience a plus Valid Colo. driver's license Knowledge of current building code & proper install procedures Strong customer service skills & professional appearance Excellent communication skills A high level of integrity Excellent attention to detail Ability to pass background check Additional skills/certifications desired: EPA certification
