Description Nytech Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is a trusted, locally owned home service company dedicated to keeping our customers' HVAC and plumbing systems operating at peak performance throughout the Castle Rock Metro area. We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician who is confident performing preventative maintenance, identifying system issues, and recommending next steps to homeowners. On average, this position earns between $70,000-$140,000 annually Why Nytech? Competitive compensation with strong earning potential Nearly 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO, flexible scheduling, and wellness programs for work-life balance 401(k) with 100% company match Company-provided iPad, phone, and fully stocked service vehicle Paid training and clear pathways for career growth Consistent call volume within a 20-30 minute service radius from Castle Rock What You'll Be Doing Perform residential HVAC preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems Inspect systems for wear, safety concerns, and performance issues Identify basic mechanical, electrical, and airflow issues during maintenance visits Make minor repairs and recommendations with customer approval Clearly communicate system condition, findings, and maintenance results to homeowners Document work accurately using company systems Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle Escalate more complex issues to service technicians when needed What We're Looking For 1-3 years of HVAC field experience (maintenance-focused preferred) Solid understanding of residential HVAC systems and components Strong customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive, team-first attitude Reliable, punctual, and well-organized Willingness to work evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule Certifications & Requirements EPA Certification (required) NATE or additional certifications are a plus (training assistance available) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass a national background check and drug screening Ready to Grow Your HVAC Career?
