Overview Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Technician and become a vital part of delivering top-tier heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions. In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. Your mechanical expertise and field service experience will drive customer satisfaction and ensure optimal system performance. Duties Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ammonia refrigeration systems. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs. Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as drainage, piping, and water supply connections. Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Use diagnostic tools like ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for repairs requiring metal fabrication. Maintain detailed service records, complete work orders promptly, and communicate findings clearly to clients. Operate a driver vehicle safely while transporting tools and parts to job sites across various locations. Experience Proven service technician experience with HVAC systems in commercial or residential settings. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair, welding, boiler maintenance, and appliance repair. Familiarity with schematics, HVAC/R (refrigeration) systems, and HVAC design principles. Experience working in construction environments or property maintenance roles is highly desirable. Ability to read technical diagrams and troubleshoot complex systems such as air conditioning units and ammonia refrigeration setups. Knowledge of plumbing practices related to HVAC installations and repairs. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating heavy machinery or specialized equipment is a plus.
