Run Different. Grow Different. ATC is expanding fast — and we're looking for a Residential HVAC Service Technician who can diagnose, communicate, and deliver real solutions to homeowners. We are not looking for a parts changer. We are looking for a problem solver. If you take pride in clean diagnostics, clear communication, and high-level service — this is where you level up. What You'll Do Diagnose residential heating & cooling systems Repair furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, mini-splits Perform seasonal maintenance & system tune-ups Identify airflow, electrical, combustion, and performance issues Present repair and replacement options to homeowners Build estimates in the field Document work clearly in ServiceTitan Maintain clean, organized service vehicle Educate customers on safety, efficiency, and long-term system health What We're Looking For 3+ years residential HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic skills (electrical + refrigeration) EPA Certification (required) Ability to read wiring diagrams Comfortable presenting pricing and options Clean driving record Strong communication skills Professional appearance Ability to pass background check & drug screening NATE certification is a plus.
