As our HVAC Diagnostics & Commissioning Specialist, you'll move from preventive maintenance calls to complex troubleshooting, then wrap up by commissioning brand-new systems so they run perfectly from day one. You'll balance independent fieldwork with tight-knit teamwork and always keep customer care at the center. What You'll Tackle Perform maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and repair on residential and commercial HVAC systems. Commission new HVAC equipment to specification and verify performance. Participate in an on-call, after-hours rotation. Deliver clear, courteous communication to clients and document service findings. Collaborate with teammates to complete projects efficiently and safely. What You Bring Hands-on experience as an HVAC Service Technician. EPA Certification (Section 608). Valid Driver's License. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and contribute within a team.
