Job Description

Our client, the U.S.'s largest commercial real estate services firm, has an exciting opportunity for an Mobile HVAC Technician to support multiple healthcare clinic locations throughout the Denver, CO area. This 7-month contract role is suited for a hands-on Facilities Professional with experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems who is comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.90/hr

Job Description:
Travel between multiple clinic locations daily using a company-provided vehicle to complete maintenance and repair requests Respond to work orders across approximately 20-25 healthcare sites as assigned Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, lighting fixtures, electrical outlets, door locks, plumbing fixtures, and other facility components Install, repair, adjust, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and related controls Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC and building systems to ensure operational performance and regulatory compliance Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify corrective actions for repairs or modifications Replace ceiling tiles and perform general building maintenance as needed Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures and company standards Document work performed and communicate updates effectively using computer and tablet-based systems Interact professionally with clinic staff and maintain a high level of customer service in a healthcare environment
Must Have Qualifications:
Experience with HVAC systems, plumbing repairs, and electrical troubleshooting EPA certification with ability to work with refrigerants Current and valid driver's license Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across building systems Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple service locations Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and tablet usage High school diploma or GED required Nice to
Have Qualifications:
Trade school education or technical certifications Advanced HVAC or facilities maintenance experience Experience supporting healthcare, clinical, or multi-site environments Additional trade certifications or specialized technical knowledge Prior experience working in customer-facing facilities roles

$23.00 - $25.90 per hour
