About the Role We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Lead/Foreman to join our employee-owned team. This position requires strong commercial construction knowledge and the ability to lead the installation of HVAC systems including rooftop units, fan coils, energy recovery ventilators, and variable air volume systems. The Foreman oversees installation assistants and coordinates with contractors, other trades, and the Project Manager to ensure complete and code-compliant installations. What You'll Do Lead and perform commercial HVAC system installations per specs and local code Coordinate equipment assembly, placement, ductwork, and system layout Direct, train, and mentor installation assistants on best practices Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for GCs, subcontractors, and the Project Manager Maintain jobsite safety standards, quality control, and project efficiency Read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documentation What We're Looking For Proven experience in commercial HVAC installation — lead or foreman experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and system types (RTUs, fan coils, ERVs, VAV) Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical specs Demonstrated crew leadership and clear communication skills Valid driver's license required Schedule Monday
