We don't run like that. At 1st Choice Pro Services, our installs are priced for performance . We focus on clean, efficient work—and we pay for it.
Our goal is simple:
Give you everything you need to run the job right the first time. What you'll notice here: Jobs are prepped and staged before you arrive Stocked HVAC trucks so you're not wasting time chasing parts Installs are priced to reward efficiency and quality Ongoing training to keep you sharp and up to date Top installers here don't get slowed down by the company—they move. This role is for someone who: Can lead a full install without needing direction Takes pride in clean ductwork, wiring, and layout Moves with urgency but doesn't cut corners Can keep a helper productive and the job on track This is NOT for someone who: Constantly runs into "problems" on every job Leaves installs messy or half-finished Needs someone checking their work Blames sales, parts, or dispatch What your day looks like: You show up to a job that's already been reviewed and staged. You lead the install, manage your helper, and focus on getting the system in clean, correct, and efficient. No chaos. No guessing.
Responsibilities:
Lead residential HVAC system installs (including high volume heat pump systems) Ensure clean, code-compliant work Manage helper(s) and job flow Communicate with homeowner when needed Complete install documentation properly What you get: Performance-based pay (rewarding speed + quality) Consistent install work Stocked truck and prepared jobs Ongoing training and support Opportunity to grow within the company
