Job Description

Full Job Description Mr. Duct Cleaner offers Professional Cleaning Services for Air Duct and HVAC systems as well as other products and services designed to improve Indoor Air Quality. Our Lead Tech.s are Customer-Facing In-Homes and Businesses. We are currently looking for a Lead Tech. to Clean Air Ducts and HVAC systems.
Requirements:
Speak,Read, Write and Comprehend English fluently. Neat and Clean in Appearance and Smell. Company shirts provided. Curtious and Respectful of Customers, their Homes and Businesses, Occupants and Pets. Good work ethic. Must Be On-Time Every-Time. Must be able to carry 75 pounds. Must be able to work overhead from ladders extensively. Background check. Zero Drug and/or Alcohol usage! No Hangovers!
ZERO TOLERANCE!
Random Screening. Schedules jobs with the crew. Acts as the sole communicator with the customer on the job. Upsells important add-on services, provides insight into customer inspections or issues that may come up on the job. Quotes pricing for services On-Site and Payment collection. Training provided. Ensures the van is stocked and cleaned weekly, and alerts GM when maintenance is due (oil change, vehicle registration, etc.). Knowledge of, and applies safety rules and standards. Reports to General Manager. Performs other duties, as needed. Own and Proficient with smartphones. Prompt response to company Texts and Emails. Current Driver's License with a Clean Record. Own battery powerd drill, bits and basic hand tools. Calmly Adapt to Fluid Situations Under Pressure. Willingness to Learn and Perform Every Service to Company Standards. Must operate and care for the company vehicle safely at all times. Keep it neat and clean inside and out. Experience in Respectfully and Efficiently Coordinating and Delegating Duties to a crew of 1-6 while working alongside them. Good tips and commissions available. We plan to promote our Lead Technicians to Project Manager as the need arises. One week of Specialised Software and Hands-On Procedures training in Texas. Travel and Hotel provided.
Lead Tech Preferances:
OSHA 30hr. Confined Space Certification Ability and Willingness to be OSHA On-Site Responsible Party. HVAC cleaning or installation or other experience that would apply. Expereience with House Call Pro or other POS and CRM software. NADA Cert. is a plus. Starting pay depends on related or Direct Experience, Abilities and Certifications. 20-25hr.
