Your route takes you through the Englewood and Longmont, CO areas, where you'll put your diagnostic expertise to work—keeping homeowners comfortable and confident in their systems. Compensation & rewards Annual earning potential typically ranges from $100,000-$150,000+, with no cap on performance-based compensation Additional incentive opportunities to reward results
Technician Success Package:
top-tier tools provided at no cost Your day-to-day impact Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC equipment and systems Pinpoint issues quickly, present clear options, and deliver effective solutions for homeowners Communicate professionally to build trust and long-term relationships Educate customers on repairs, upgrades, and system improvements Keep your company vehicle and each job site clean, safe, and organized Document work performed and recommendations with accuracy Engage in ongoing training, team meetings, and company events What you bring Hands-on experience servicing residential HVAC systems and components Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic ability Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach Excellent organization and attention to detail Boiler experience preferred (not required) Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record Where and how you'll work Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines Regularly stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces Comfortable working in hot and cold environments and changing weather Lift and move 50+ pounds on a regular basis Work in both indoor and outdoor settings throughout the year Why Blue Valley Heating & Cooling More than 30 years serving the Denver and Boulder communities Culture built on integrity, teamwork, and innovation Access to industry-leading tools and resources to help you win Ongoing training and real opportunities for professional growth Competitive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits based on position eligibility Earnings are uncapped.
