About the Role Blue Valley Heating & Cooling & Horizon is looking for a Licensed HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems across the Longmont/Englewood, CO area. You'll join a team that values quality workmanship and steady, year-round work. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For Colorado HVAC license/certification as required for the role 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred Strong diagnostic and customer service skills Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record The pay for this position is uncapped and technicians could earn $100,000-$150,000/year. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
