This is an opportunity for independent contractors who maintain their own client base to secure additional, consistent assignments.

Subcontractor Requirements:

Experience & Specialty:

Minimum 5 years of experience in at least one area of specialty (Forced Air Installation, Boiler & Hydronic Installation, Geothermal Installation OR Service Technician).

Licensing:

Has EPA license (minimum), NATE certification a plus.

Equipment:

Owns vehicle and tools.

Compensation:

Negotiable.

Availability:

Can schedule work in advance.

Conduct:

Must be reliable and quality-focused.

Business Status:

Works for multiple customers.

Background Checks:

MUST be able to pass a background check to work in customers' homes and businesses.

Insurance & Benefits:

Carries own liability insurance. Has workman's comp insurance or has formally opted out. Carries own benefits.

Preferred Qualifications:
