Job Description
Commercial HVAC Service Technician We are currently looking for Field Service Technician that will be responsible for trouble shooting, diagnosing and repairing
COMMERCIAL HVAC
systems (up to 20 tons) controls, chilled water systems, boilers, variable volume air systems. This position will also assist in installing duct work, pipework and other HVAC installation on-site tasks.Primary Responsibilities:
- Install, fabricate and/or connect compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, expansion/discharge valves, temperature/humidity controls, fans, control panels, switches, fuses, filters, gauges, ducts, piping, tubing, environmental controls, and related components. Complete power connections
- Perform HVAC mechanical and electrical service activities, effective customer communication, diagnoses and repair of all industrial and commercial equipment.
- Perform planned maintenance tasks as assigned
- Perform equipment start up with associated documentation
- Perform quality control inspections on Clear Creek Mechanical servicer work
- Technical trouble shooting and diagnostics when needed
- Train tenants on equipment operations as needed
- Follow up on call backs and completion of jobs
- Meet with inspectors as required
- Conduct equipment inspections for bidding PM's as needed
- Maintain and be accountable for inventories, requisitions, materials and supplies needed for each service job. Qualifications
- Five years of commercial HVAC experience, including 3-year service experience
- Solid electrical and mechanical skills
- Strong communication skills and commitment to follow all customer work rules
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings
