Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Residential HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting residential heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems. Your expertise will ensure our customers enjoy comfortable, efficient indoor environments while delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of mechanical systems and advance your skills in a supportive environment. Duties Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and electrical schematics Perform equipment troubleshooting and mechanical systems repair to ensure optimal operation Conduct system maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, system inspections, and routine tune-ups Read and interpret schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical manuals for accurate installation and repairs Utilize hand tools and welding equipment to perform repairs or modifications as needed Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and safety documentation in compliance with company standards Qualifications Proven construction experience with a strong mechanical knowledge base Service technician experience in HVAC or related fields such as plumbing or appliance repair Familiarity with HVAC/R systems including refrigeration, ammonia refrigeration, electrical systems, and building automation systems Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately Skilled in HVAC system installation, repair, and maintenance techniques Experience with electrical diagnostics and equipment troubleshooting Valid EPA certification for refrigerants (EPA 608 Certification) required Proficiency with hand tools, ohmmeters, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ( driver) preferred Additional experience in boiler operation, property maintenance, or field service is a plus Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values expertise, integrity, and excellent customer care.
