Commercial HVAC/R & Restaurant Equipment Technician

What You'll Do Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration systems

• walk-in coolers, freezers, make tables, and shake machines Service and repair commercial cooking equipment
• XLT ovens, Middleby Marshall ovens, fryers, and hot holds Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including RTU and split systems Perform and document preventive maintenance on schedule Communicate with clients directly during the job
• explain what you found, what you're doing, and what they can expect What We're Looking For Required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in varying conditions
• rooftops, attics, crawl spaces, commercial kitchens Genuine mechanical or electrical aptitude
• the instinct to figure out why something broke, not just that it did Clear, direct communication with clients and teammates Preferred 1+ year of experience in HVAC/R, commercial refrigeration, cooking equipment, or a related trade EPA 608 Certification, or willingness to obtain it
• we'll support you Familiarity with commercial kitchen environments We're also genuinely interested in candidates coming from automotive, diesel, electrical, or other hands-on trades. If you've spent years troubleshooting systems and fixing things correctly the first time, that instinct transfers here more than most people realize. The equipment specifics can be learned
• the mechanical aptitude can't.
