What You'll Do Install Residential and light commercial HVAC/R equipment, Furnace, AC, and Mini Split. Start up and commission installed systems Educate customers on equipment and accessories Understand and adhere to all local codes Lead/Train team members Stay up to date on new industry technology and products Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to ensure proper operations Complete job-related paperwork accurately and timely Work collaboratively with team members to solve challenges Maintain a high standard of safety and job site cleanliness What We're Looking For Proven HVAC industry experience (residential and/or light commercial) 5+ years HVAC installation experience Universal EPA certification (preferred) Strong working knowledge of both furnaces and mini-split HVAC systems is essential Boiler install experience (preferred) Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Ability to pass a background check Ability to work in varying weather conditions and locations and lift 75 lbs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary :

$28.00-$35.00 per hour D.O.
