HVAC Service Technician Serving the Denver Metro & Northern Colorado Region Professional Comfort Services LLC Build Your Career with a Company That Puts Customers and Employees First Professional Comfort Services LLC is seeking a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We proudly provide residential and light commercial heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical services throughout the Denver Metro and Northern Colorado communities. Compensation $25.00 - $45.00 per hour Compensation is based on experience, certifications, technical ability, and overall performance. Position Type Full-Time Monday through Friday Rotating on-call schedule for evenings, weekends, and emergency service as needed Position Overview As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You will serve as the face of our company by delivering exceptional workmanship and an outstanding customer experience on every service call. This position requires a technician who is technically skilled, communicates effectively, and consistently demonstrates professionalism while helping customers make informed decisions regarding the comfort and efficiency of their home or business. Primary Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC equipment. Perform preventative maintenance inspections and seasonal tune-ups. Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and mechanical issues. Complete equipment startups, inspections, and performance testing. Perform warranty repairs and complete manufacturer documentation. Explain inspection findings and repair recommendations clearly and honestly. Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and available comfort solutions. Complete digital service reports, invoices, and documentation accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Represent Professional Comfort Services Company with integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Follow all safety procedures, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
