Real Work-Life Balance. Family-Owned. No Corporate BS. You're not just looking for another seasonal maintenance gig. You're looking for a place where your license matters, your attention to detail is respected, your family time is protected, and your paycheck actually reflects the value you bring to every home. At Service Stars, we're a family-owned home service company serving Fairfield County and the Danbury area. We do premium residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work — and we are building a team of professionals who want to be proud of the truck they drive, the thoroughness of their work, and the company name on their shirt. We are looking for an active Connecticut D1, D2, G1, G2, B1, or B2 Licensed HVAC Technician who takes pride in their maintenance abilities and wants to be part of something better. Not corporate. Not private equity. Not a revolving door. Not a company that burns people out and calls it "opportunity." We Believe in
Three Wins:
The employee wins first. You should love where you work. You should be paid well. You should have time with your family. You should be treated like a professional, not a number. The client wins next. When our team is taken care of, our clients get more thorough cleanings, better communication, and actual peace of mind. The company wins last. If our people win and our clients win, the business will take care of itself. That's how we run.
  • What We Offer
  • Top Pay for
Great Maintenance Techs:

  • $35/hour base rate + strong performance commissions.
If you're thorough, clean, professional, and know how to talk to customers, your commission structure keeps your earning potential high.
Premium Health Insurance Support:
Full coverage peace of mind. We provide excellent health, dental, and vision insurance support for your whole family—not just the employee. 401(k) with a 4%
Match:
We want people who are building a future, not just punching a clock. Best Work-Life Balance in the
Industry:
Our schedule respects your life. No crazy fluctuating night shifts or exhausting requirements that break you down. Your time off is protected. Real Career Path for
Growth:
We don't keep you stuck. We actively invest in our team to help you grow into advanced service roles, training, or leadership as we expand.
Family-Owned Culture:
No boardroom nonsense. No private equity playbook. No treating people like a number on a spreadsheet. You'll know the owners, you'll know the team, and you'll be part of the direction we're going.
Premium Quality Work:
We don't rush you through five-minute clipboard "inspections." We sell value. We do the tune-up right. We clean the equipment properly, protect the client's home, and prevent breakdowns.
  • Our Core Values
  • We hire, train, promote, and make decisions around our core values:
Show Up:
Be reliable. Be present. Be ready. Your team and your clients should be able to count on you.
Take Action:
Don't wait for someone else to fix the problem. Step up, solve it, own it.
All In:
No half-effort. No "not my job." We win together, and we bring real effort every day. Raise the
Standard:
Good enough is not good enough. We want pros who care about doing clean, safe, high-quality work.

No lone wolves. No drama. No tearing the team down. We help each other get better.

  • Who This Job Is Perfect For
