- We are looking for an HVAC Maintenance Technician who: Holds an active Connecticut D1, D2, G1, G2, B1, or B2 license (Required) Takes great pride in performing highly thorough, detailed equipment maintenance and safety checks Possesses strong communication skills—someone who loves educating homeowners and building long-term relationship trust Earns strong commissions by honestly presenting options for safety updates, parts, and maintenance plans without selling junk they don't need Respects clients' homes and leaves workspaces cleaner than they found them Wants a long-term professional home, not just a job to pass the time What You'll Be Doing Performing high-quality residential heating and cooling precision tune-ups and system maintenance.
