About the Role At Degree Heating & Cooling, we're looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Install Technician who takes pride in quality work, leadership, and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead install crews, mentor apprentices, and complete high-quality residential and light commercial HVAC installations. Pay Range :

Pay is dependent on experience; $40/hour and up + SPIFFs and bonuses. Top technicians earn over $100,000 per year.
