S1/S2 HVAC
Technicians to bring their real-world know-how into the classroom and lab. If you thrive on hands-on problem solving and enjoy coaching others, this role turns your trade expertise into career-changing education. Role Snapshot Deliver accredited instruction in HVAC technologies (theory + application). Run immersive, hands-on training in a fully outfitted HVAC lab. Create a dynamic learning environment where students stay engaged and grow. Assess progress and give clear, actionable feedback. Design lesson plans aligned with current industry standards. Keep your knowledge sharp on emerging HVAC/R practices and tech. Collaborate with fellow faculty to elevate program outcomes. Coach students toward certifications and successful entry into the field. What We're Looking For 3+ years as an HVAC Technician. S1 or S2 license—or the ability to obtain an S license. High school diploma/GED. Strong communicators who connect with diverse learners.
