What You'll Need to Succeed Minimum 3 years of HVAC Technician experience. S1 or S2 license—or eligibility and drive to obtain an S license. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to energize, engage, and motivate learners. True enthusiasm for teaching and mentorship.
