S1/S2 HVAC
Technicians to mentor the next generation. Imagine guiding students through live troubleshooting in a fully equipped lab, then connecting those hands-on wins to the theory that powers the trade. Your Mission Deliver accredited HVAC instruction that blends theory with real shop scenarios. Lead practical labs using industry-standard equipment in a well-equipped facility. Design an inclusive, engaging learning space that fuels student growth. Evaluate student performance and provide thoughtful, actionable feedback. Create lesson plans aligned with current industry benchmarks. Keep pace with changing HVAC technologies and best practices. Partner with faculty to improve curriculum and overall program effectiveness. Coach students toward certification exams and rewarding HVAC careers. What You'll Need to Succeed Minimum 3 years of HVAC Technician experience. S1 or S2 license—or eligibility and drive to obtain an S license. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to energize, engage, and motivate learners. True enthusiasm for teaching and mentorship.
