We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician with a valid Connecticut OE2 or S2 license for a direct hire position in the Hartford, CT area

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (on-site)

Pay:

$45 - $55 per hour (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Life and disability insurance, and 401(k) Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment. Maintain all required trade licenses and certifications. Comply with EPA Section 608, OSHA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Follow all safety policies and properly use required PPE. Provide professional customer service while maintaining a clean and professional appearance. Work overtime and weekends as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid Connecticut OE2 or S2 license (required). Extensive experience servicing commercial HVAC systems. Clean driving record. Boiler and steam system experience preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and stairs, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (heavier lifting occasionally). Ability to work in mechanical rooms and other commercial environments. Must be able to safely use required PPE and perform work requiring close and distance vision.
