Job Description

We are currently seeking a Connecticut Licensed HVAC Technician (S2 or S1) to assist with various commercial projects throughout Glastonbury, CT, and the nearby regions. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available for this position. Role Summary In this HVAC Installation & Service Technician role, your primary focus will be the maintenance, repair, and diagnostic evaluation of commercial heating, ventilation, and cooling equipment. You will contribute significantly to client satisfaction by providing high-quality technical support, resolving complex system malfunctions, and suggesting improvements to enhance overall equipment efficiency and performance. Key Duties Perform essential maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on commercial climate control systems. Execute system installations, initial startups, and comprehensive performance testing. Identify and resolve issues within mechanical and electrical system components. Carry out routine preventative maintenance and thorough system check-ups to ensure long-term reliability. Evaluate system performance to pinpoint deficiencies and suggest necessary repairs. Help maintain a safe working environment by strictly adhering to all Connecticut building codes and safety regulations. Keep precise and organized records of all service activities. Deliver exceptional and professional service to clients while working on-site. Qualifications Must hold an active Connecticut S2 or S1 HVAC license. Demonstrated background working with commercial-grade HVAC equipment. Advanced ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems. Capable of working effectively both autonomously and in collaboration with a team. Possess a valid driver's license and dependable personal transportation. Pay and Perks We offer competitive wages ranging from $42 to $48 per hour, depending on your level of experience.
