Thermal Comfort Solutions is a fast-growing residential and light-commercial HVAC company serving Connecticut and nearby New York. We're looking for a reliable, experienced HVAC Installer / Service Technician who takes pride in quality work and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems (residential & light commercial). Perform system startups, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical specifications. Braze, solder, evacuate, and charge systems according to manufacturer specs. Communicate clearly with customers and office staff. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and organized work van. Qualifications 3+ years of HVAC installation or service experience (ductless, split systems, boilers, etc.). EPA 608 certification required. CT S or D license (or equivalent) preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in basements, attics, and crawl spaces. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
