Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and service calls Communicate professionally with customers to educate, build relationships, and address their HVAC concerns Complete service reports to be submitted daily Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image Maintain high-quality workmanship and safety standards according to company policy

Job Qualifications:

Active Connecticut D-2 or S-2 journeyman license High school diploma or equivalent required EPA - Universal Certification required Valid driver's license and clean driving record OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds The starting yearly base salary range for this position is $45-55/hr. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
