In this role, you will oversee the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. If you have a passion for HVAC systems and a knack for leadership, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Manage and supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure timely project completion. Conduct site assessments and develop installation plans that meet customer needs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Train and mentor installation technicians, providing guidance and support. Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the installation process. Maintain accurate records of installations and customer interactions. Qualifications Proven experience in HVAC installation and management. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation techniques. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
