This is a commission-based position that combines hands-on technical work with sales. You will be responsible for inspecting HVAC systems and air ducts, identifying potential issues or cleaning needs, explaining your findings to homeowners, recommending our services, and completing the work after the sale. Responsibilities Inspect HVAC systems, air ducts, vents, and related components Identify buildup, airflow concerns, and other potential issues Communicate findings clearly and professionally to homeowners Recommend appropriate air duct, dryer vent, and related cleaning services Present service options and confidently close sales Perform air duct and dryer vent cleaning services Safely operate professional cleaning equipment and tools Maintain a clean and professional appearance while working in customers' homes Complete jobs efficiently and according to company standards Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire process Qualifications HVAC or air duct cleaning experience preferred HVAC certifications or technical training preferred Previous residential service or technician experience is a plus Sales experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with homeowners and recommending services Self-motivated and goal-oriented Reliable, professional, and punctual Comfortable performing physical work and working on ladders Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is mechanically inclined, confident with customers, and motivated by performance-based earnings . You should be comfortable working with a team, talking with homeowners, identifying opportunities, making professional recommendations, closing sales, and completing the work yourself. This is a commission-based position. Compensation details will be discussed during the hiring process.
