Job Description

Job description: Position Summary We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead and support our HVAC crews. This role ensures crews are fully prepared for daily jobs, resolves issues in the field, supports technicians with troubleshooting, provides customer estimates, and completes final walkthroughs to ensure jobs are inspection-ready. The HVAC Supervisor will also participate in a rotating on-call schedule. Key Responsibilities Ensure all HVAC crews have required materials, equipment, and documentation loaded and are job-ready each day Respond to and resolve issues that arise on active jobs, including visiting job sites as needed Provide on-site customer estimates and clearly explain scope of work and recommendations Perform final walkthroughs on completed jobs to verify quality, completeness, and readiness for inspection Support service technicians with advanced troubleshooting and technical guidance Coordinate with management, dispatch, and warehouse staff to maintain efficient operations Maintain professional customer communication and uphold company standards Participate in on-call rotation (one weekend per month) Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC experience with leadership or supervisory background Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems Ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues Experience providing customer estimates and conducting job walkthroughs Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record EPA Certification required; additional HVAC certifications a plus Must have experience in both new construction HVAC installs and residential and commerical service/repair work . Schedule & On-Call Full-time, Monday-Friday On-call rotation: one weekend per month
