Open to discuss both piece-rate and hourly pay Get paid weekly Competitive hourly pay Benefits including health insurance, paid time off, retirement contributions, and more Bonus and pay raise opportunities We're friendly and easy to work with We focus on dependable service and quality work On-the-job training available As an Installer, you will perform the installation of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings, as well as performing overflow service and maintenance. You will work with other Installers and Technicians, ensuring work is performed to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Installations :
Participate in the installation of HVAC systems including air conditioners, duct work, pool heaters, and more
Service & Maintenance :
Cover on-call rotation for emergency service as needed
Customer Interaction :
Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide high-level customer service during and after installation
Troubleshooting :
Resolve installation issues efficiently and troubleshoot problems as they arise
Quality Assurance :
Ensure all installations are completed to code and meet company standards for safety and performance
Inventory Management :
Keep track of tools, materials, and equipment, ensuring that everything needed for the job is ready and available
Documentation :
Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including time spent, materials used, and any issues encountered
Qualifications Experience :
Minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience or a relevant degree from an accredited institution
Licensing :
EPA 608
Universal Certification Technical Skills :
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and troubleshooting
Customer Service :
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varied environments (attics, basements, rooftops)
Tools:
Must have basic hand tools and HVAC tools (vacuum pumps, torches, and specialty tools are provided)
Driver's License :
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Background Check :
