Responsibilities Learn and develop the technical skills required to service and maintain HVAC systems. Assist experienced technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance services. Ensure customers receive outstanding service and remain satisfied with all work performed. Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, coworkers, and management. Follow instructions and take direction from supervisors and senior technicians. Maintain professional conduct at all times, both on job sites and while operating company vehicles. Work closely with customer service staff to ensure a positive customer experience. Help maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle. Perform assigned tasks efficiently while demonstrating a willingness to learn new skills. Learn how to perform preventive maintenance on residential air conditioning systems. Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices. Qualifications Positive attitude and strong desire to learn. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Quick learner with a strong work ethic.
