LEAD HVAC TECHNICIAN

We are offering a Lead HVAC Technician role with a clearly defined path toward General Manager or Director of Operations for the right person. This is not a vague promise. If you have the technical mastery, the ownership mentality, and the drive to grow, we will invest in making that happen.
THE ROLE
You will be the technical authority on the team. Your responsibility is not just to fix systems
  • it is to set the standard.
Day to day, you will: Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues across residential and commercial systems, including split systems, package units, mini-splits, RTUs, controls, etc. Lead and mentor junior technicians, elevating the overall quality of the team Perform and oversee preventative maintenance programs, repairs, and installations with precision and documentation Read and interpret technical schematics and control circuits Manage truck inventory, tools, and company vehicle with accountability Conduct daily debriefs with dispatch and the tech team on job status, equipment, and field conditions Represent the company with professionalism at every customer touchpoint
  • that means listening well, explaining clearly, and identifying opportunities to help customers protect and improve their systems That last point matters.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of residential and light commercial HVAC experience (advanced troubleshooting is non-negotiable) EPA Universal Certification required NATE certification a plus Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics with confidence Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communicator
