Pro, Inc. is a medium business in Commercial, Agricultural, Medical HVAC-R Repair, Replacement, and Preventative Maintenance. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team with 4 plus years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of all HVAC and Refrigeration systems and components, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about their craft, enjoys working with their hands, and being a team player. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer service, building relationships with customers, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and Refrigeration systems. Perform regular maintenance and inspections on HVAC and Refrigeration systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC and Refrigeration systems. Perform repairs on HVAC and Refrigeration systems in a timely manner. Follow safety protocols when working with hazardous materials. Read blueprints and diagrams to understand the layout of HVAC and Refrigeration systems. Keep records of maintenance and repair activities.
