Job Overview We are seeking energetic and reliable HVAC Coating Technicians and Delivery Drivers to join our dynamic team! This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on technical work with efficient delivery responsibilities. As an HVAC Coating Technician, you will be responsible for applying specialized coatings to HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. As a Delivery Driver, you will transport materials, equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently to various job sites or customers. All positions are paid roles that contribute directly to our company's success. Responsibilities Clean, prep, and coat HVAC coils, cabinets, equipment surfaces, and related components. Inspect units for corrosion, dirt buildup, coating needs, and general service concerns. Use coating materials, sprayers, cleaners, and basic hand tools safely and correctly. Protect surrounding areas and maintain a clean, organized job site. Follow safety procedures, product instructions, and company quality standards. Document completed work and communicated job updates to Supervisors or customers as needed. Safely load, unload, and secure materials or equipment using manual handling techniques or material handling equipment such as pallet jacks Operate a box truck or van for route driving, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and safety protocols Follow assigned routes, delivery schedules, and safe driving practices. Use GPS, delivery of paperwork, invoices, or manifests to verify accurate deliveries. Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, customers, and team members about delivery updates. Inspect vehicles before using and report maintenance or safety concerns. Provide courteous customer service at pickup and delivery locations. Requirements Reliable, punctual, and able to manage route timing. Ability to lift and move items safely; forklift, dolly, or hand truck experience is a plus. Good communication skills and a customer service mindset. Must follow traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures. Previous delivery, warehouse, HVAC, or field service experience preferred. Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or a clean driving record with experience in commercial truck driving and delivery driving Experience operating box trucks, vans, or courier vehicles with manual transmission is highly desirable Knowledge of DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and adherence to traffic laws during route driving Experience with mobile devices for route navigation and delivery documentation is a plus Ability to work independently while managing time effectively across multiple deliveries or coating projects What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
