Competitive hourly pay + commission/bonus opportunities, based on experience and performance We are hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician for the Orlando area. This position is best for a technician who is strong in diagnostics, confident with customers, and comfortable selling repairs, maintenance plans, upgrades, and replacement options when appropriate. Our office is based in Orlando. We do our best to keep technicians routed near their assigned area, but this role does require driving throughout Orlando and surrounding service areas as needed. What We Offer Strong earning potential for experienced, sales-minded technicians Hourly pay plus commission/bonus opportunities Year-round service work Opportunity to grow with a company that rewards performance Supportive team environment Steady calls and opportunities to sell maintenance, repairs, and upgrades Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Clearly explain findings and options to customers Sell maintenance plans, repairs, upgrades, and replacement opportunities when needed Provide professional customer service on every call Complete accurate notes, photos, and documentation Take ownership of assigned calls and follow company procedures Represent the company professionally in the field Requirements Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience HVAC certification required Strong diagnostic and repair skills Sales-oriented mindset required Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers Valid driver's license and clean/reliable driving record Willingness to drive throughout Orlando and surrounding areas Dependable, organized, and able to work independently Ideal Candidate The right candidate is experienced, motivated, professional, and able to build trust with customers. You should be confident diagnosing systems, explaining options, and closing sales without being pushy. We are looking for someone who wants to make good money and is willing to put in the work to earn it.
