RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform routine preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems. Inspect filters, drains, coils, electrical components, and overall system operation. Learn to identify worn or failing components and communicate findings appropriately. Educate homeowners on basic system care and energy-saving practices. Document work and job notes using company software. Follow safety procedures and company quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area and service vehicle. Participate in ongoing technical and customer. Requirements HVAC school, trade school, certificate program, or relevant experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to work in attics and outdoor Florida conditions. EPA certification (preferred)

$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
