Full-Time About Us ChillTech of North Florida is a family-owned and operated HVAC company serving residential and commercial customers throughout North Florida. We are committed to delivering quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and providing a positive work environment for our team. We are currently seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing company. Position Summary The Lead HVAC Installer will be responsible for overseeing and performing residential and commercial HVAC installations from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Responsibilities Lead and perform HVAC system installations Install residential and commercial split systems, package units, heat pumps, mini-splits, and rooftop units Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and installation plans Ensure all installations meet local codes and manufacturer specifications Supervise and train installation helpers as needed Maintain a clean and professional job site Complete installation paperwork accurately and on time Communicate effectively with customers, builders, and project managers Qualifications Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience required Experience with both residential and commercial HVAC systems Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to lead installations from start to finish EPA Certification preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Professional appearance and strong work ethic Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, year-round employment Opportunities for advancement Supportive, family-oriented work environment Steady workload with a growing company Paid holidays and PTO available based on employment terms How to Apply Call our office at 904-406-2607 or email your resume to mae@chilltechjax.com .
