Full Job Description Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems (split, package, mini-split, etc.) Perform routine and preventative maintenance Document service calls and complete reports accurately Communicate with customers and explain findings and recommendations Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations Maintain service vehicle and equipment in clean and working condition
Qualifications :
5+ years of AC service experience Valid EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred) Valid Driver's License with clean driving record Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in installing Gas Pipe Proficient in installing Refrigeration Pipe Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation and service of all residential and light commercial systems
Preferred :
NATE Certification Experience with commercial RTUs or refrigeration a plus
